Use our step by step guides any time of day or night from home to learn how to properly connect to your core and pelvic floor. We've found that access to sessions between classes leads to much faster results.
Kids aren't integrated into the class structure (these sessions are about you!), but they are very welcome. We have a safe, inviting space where they can hang out by your side while you do your session.
There's a lot of conflicting (and confusing) information out there when it comes to exercising after having kids. This method is the culmination of the latest research in women's health and is medically recommended.
Level one is designed to teach women exactly how to reintegrate the deep abdominals and pelvic floor back into the body.
This is the perfect place to start if you haven't done any core or pelvic floor work and want to connect and strengthen.
This level is recommended if you experience leaking, symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti or back pain.

What you get out of doing Level 2 -
Level 2* focuses on deep intermediate core work that reinforces all of that connective tissue that surrounds the muscles. This gives your abdominal wall the structural integrity to maintain a healed abdominal separation, and pelvic floor.
The exercise sequences in level 2 strengthen your spine and link it directly to the core so you are longer, stronger and not compensating through a tight upper back and shoulders.
We correct imbalances in the neck (think forward head posture and the "hump" that can come with it)
This level access the deep stabiliser system through a process called neuromuscular stabilisation. It's the level where women report their leaking has stopped, back pain has reduced or disappeared, and the connective structures through their abdomen improve the appearance of skin tone.
Level 2 also features our Ready To Run program, a step by step process to get you back into doing jogs, jumps and hops pain free and leak free.
All the exercises in this level are orthopedically designed for post natal women and are corrective in nature. They are designed to make you stronger every single week, without doing any damage (a common and unfortunately side effect of a lot of fitness classes).

In this course you learn how to integrate the deep muscles of the core and pelvic floor in with the rest of the body during strength training.
This is the only strength training method that sequentially integrates and links those deep muscles so that they are connected to both the upper and lower body when lifting weights.
We teach you how to assess your own skill and strength level so you are always making progress, and never breaking anything in your body down.
